“My 2018 Volt started the process to repair a rear quarter panel and bumper yesterday. The estimate process, part ordering and intake of my vehicle have inspired me to start a review for them. First of all, no repair shops in the San Jose area could schedule the repair before mid to end of September. Advanced Auto body was able to get me in as soon as the parts arrived. About a week. Yesterday I dropped my car off just after the lunch hour and was given a ride all the way back to South San Jose. That is service "above and beyond" in my opinion. My service representative, Luis, has made sure that I am informed at every step in this process. I look forward to finishing this review once I have my baby back!”

“Someone smashed my triangle vent window on my Hyundai. My brother and sister both recommended this place. In a panic, I called A1 who allowed me to bring it in immediately. Three hours later I was on the road again. Insanely happy with how quick they were able to get my repair done!! My insurance had no openings for a week and a day from now so I was more than ecstatic when they were able to fit me in. On top of the repair they cleaned up the broken glass which was so sweet.
