I can attest that the negative reviews are from Eric’s work (previous owner) who has a shop down the street . If you leave a bad review for eric do so on his page . I have been very tempted to call her back and let her know some updates on the Samsung s23 Ultra but she didn't know but I found out about and was one of the key factors I was looking for in purchasing a phone. I waited an hr for her to be done with the customers before me. She helped me the previous day and I had to wait till I got paid to get my phone. Come to find out my SIM card and my phone was corrupted in some sort of way or shape and I wasn't able to receive phone calls. That resulted in me losing my job. But I am completely happy and satisfied with the way I was treated her sense of humor and that takes the cake”

I needed a quick and inexpensive way to at least get some of the grime out, I wasn't looking for my car to be spic and span as I am driving back on Monday. Well, for $10 I was amazed at how clean my car was afterwards, even the wheels! From all the negative reviews, I really wasn't expecting much.
