“It's great this area finally got a good high-capacity car wash. It's easy to get to, there are plenty of car bays to pull into (and each bay is larger than the College/Vista Way location). Lots of bums in the area however, and I've seen times when they would venture into the car bay area so watch out. Only issue I have really is the blue towels they put inside each bay are always WET. What good is drying your car with a wet towel?? This makes no sense to me. I've had to resort to buying my own towels (Costco has pack of yellow ultra plush microfiber towels for $15 FYI).”

“The best !! I live on the other side of town and go out of my way just to come to this location because of the customer service. Emilio is the BEST! Amazing customer service experience. I am a regional employee auditor however I used to work for quick quack a few years ago so I personally know how difficult it is to be an employee during the summer heat, but Emilio looked great! Great energy, great vibes, just so welcoming. I went around to let the manager (Theresa) know, and SHE was even amazing! She as well had great personality, and such welcoming vibes. I personally love this store, I literally pass about 3-4 quick quacks just to come receive such great customer service! If this store was one of my assignments I would recommend They BOTH need additional recognition aside from this review! A promotion, raise, paid vacation SOMETHING! As a former employee and now customer, I can honestly say I continue to come back mostly because of how great an experience they can make from a 5-10 minute car wash. they are GREAT! “Thank you to the attendant that came out to talk to the man who was circling me. I was scared to get gas this late at 1am. My husband had used my car earlier today and left it on empty with the yellow light on. I made it to my work but didn't have time to get gas til after my shift. So I was there at 1am and can't risk getting stranded on the road. I pulled up and this guy with some luggage was there. I thought he was walking away but then he turned around and was just staring at me. He started to walk towards me but I thought he stopped. When I got out of my car, and started to put some gas I noticed he was getting closer but was circling around pacing back and forth with just that large pillar between us. I was scared but afraid to look at him. I just wanted to hurry and get some gas luckily the attendant came out and just started to talk to him. Still respectful and got the guy to walk away from me and just focus on him. Thank you thank you thank you. Thank you for helping me. The way you were talking the guy down too, it seems like u were helping him too. Thank you so much.”

“Update 4-22-23: The ownership and management of this car wash proved me wrong. They did step up and take ownership of damage caused by the buffing wheel and more importantly, made it right. Their integrity and genuine desire to fix the damage was consistently demonstrated throughout the repair process. My Ram has now been restored to its original condition and I want to warmly thank the site manager, Katie, for all she did to make this happen. I am now a customer again! Original review 11/13/22: My Ram 2500 was damaged in the car wash bay yesterday (11/13/22). As it moved on the conveyor past the wax station it moved to the air dryers and buffer. The drying and buffing wheel got stuck on my front end and tore my front hood / grill molding off. So far, the folks at this location are not communicating with me. They seem to be avoiding the issue. I'd be careful with driving your expensive vehicles through a car wash like this with owners / managers are not willing to own the damage they cause.”

“Zays Auto Detailing is amazing. He was able to schedule me in on very short notice and assisted me with getting my fathers car cleaned. I have no idea how he was able to get some of the stains out that had been embedded forever. The car looks absolutely wonderful and smells super clean. I didn't want to embarrass my dad, so I didn't take many before and after photos, but I am certain Zay will post the ones he took. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with this young businessman. He provided top-notch service and kept me well informed. The car looks spectacular inside and out.”
