As someone who worked in retail management for 12+ years I can say in all honesty that the management in this store is doing something great. Every single employee I come in contact with is incredibly helpful and beyond friendly. It doesn't matter if I am there at 8am or 9pm. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. They are genuinely interested in the customer experience and eager to help you find what you need or grab you a cart when your hands are full. I am greeted upon entry and wished a great day every time I leave. It feels a little like the twilight zone to see an entire store of content happy retail workers - even during the busy holiday rush. Whatever they are putting in the water or pumping through the air vents there please keep it up! And please make sure this trickles down to the Anaheim Hills store and their incredible staff. That team deserves some praise.”

“I've been looking for a dressform pretty heavily in the last 2 days. I got to call and talk to them about their dressforms. I went in to the store today and I'm so glad I got to meet them in person. They helped me out so much. The location is a little off to the side and I went in through a side door instead of the main entrance but it was pretty cool as I got to see all the dressforms up close. I went home with one today and few lovely freebies. They're amazing. They searched their warehouse to find anything and everything I asked about.”
