“8/22/2023 There's Amazon locker in the store. Convenient if you don't want your Amazon purchases to be mailed home just to be stolen from the porch. Also, if you want to keep your purchases secret (e.g. Birthday gift) from the person you are trying to surprise is also useful. --- Some items have great prices, but others not so much. The main problem is that customers tend to go through merchandise and irreparably damage items. When is organized is great, but when is in disarray during holiday season not so much.”

“Two years ago I purchased a board, bindings and boots from this place (got a great deal as it was the end of the season)! I needed to return due to an issue with my binding (wear and tear). These guys are great! Not only did Megan assist me with getting new bindings, but she showed excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure I have everything I needed. Unfortunately, the bindings were the wrong size. When I returned to the shop the next day, I was assisted by Juliann, the manager. She was excellent! The store was super busy but she didn't hesitate assisting me and switching out my bindings and making sure I was a satisfied customer. Highly recommend this place for ski and snowboarding equipment (rental or purchase). I will be returning!”

“I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE AT GARNET + GRACE! Hayley was my stylist and she was the most welcoming person who had a consultation with me before my visit to really understand my needs. She hyped me up in each dress and made me feel no pressure at all... but I did walk away with TWO dresses that I love. This store is a ready to wear store. They had many dresses on sale at the time I came and they carried smaller and larger sizes. Being petite I wasn't sure if I would find anything that fit me in this store but to my surprise I found many that I loved. I ended up finding two dresses and the total was less than $1500 which was my original budget. Both the dresses were on sale. I'm not sure if the sale is always going on. I highly recommend checking out Garnet + Grace!! Note: The photos in this review are not the dresses I ended going with!”

“I had a delightful experience yesterday at this particular TJ Maxx! I was purchasing some discounted items for men, but I realized I have left my debit card at home! I asked the young lady Mary behind the counter if she would save that for me for a few hours. So she put my name on it and I went next door to do a little browsing. As I was getting on the trolley to go back to Dana Point, this little girl came running up to me calling my name! I was already sitting in the trolley and she proclaimed, "Here Ray, you forgot your purchases!" But I reminded her, that I was going home to get my debit card! And she says, "It's okay, I bought them for you!" It was a little more than $10, but what a surprise and a huge blessing this was! That she would pay her own money so that I didn't have to go back to get my card! What a sweetheart! We need more people in this land like Mary! She touched me very deeply! Thank you so much sweet Mary! You just become my favorite person on the face of the Earth! Kudos to Nannette, Store Manager, who hired her! And to Camilla who assisted me when I returned! You have a great team there! I'll definitely have to come back more often! But this time I won't forget my debit card! 🥴”

“Not planning to buy anything, only went into the store so my husband could check out the sales. A few clearance items caught my eye. I was very frustrated that the dressing rooms were closed and you couldn’t even try on shoes! I was ready to walk out on principal alone, and then DENISE shared with me that she was just following the company policy and calmly gave me some ideas about how trying shoes on at home is actually much better. She shared her own experiences with me. She also reminded me of the amazing return policy. She wasn’t affected at all by my negativity and her amazing kindness had a profound effect on me. I let go of my resistance and bought 2 pair and some clothes and now I’m home and I love them! I almost walked away and I’m so grateful for her patience and compassion. I’ve got two new pairs of shoes that I absolutely love that I would have passed up on otherwise! Not to mention what a great deal I got on them! Two pairs of shoes, a pair of pants and three tops for $120! DENISE, thank you! You made my day! And I won’t be coming back to return anything, but I might stop in just to give you a hug! Darn, can’t do that either! But you are a gem!”
