Not at this location though, this associate was super welcoming. She was also very helpful and went out of her way to bring a clothing item to my dressing room, that was similar to what I was looking for. More Brandy associates need to have this type of customer service. I will only be shopping at this location from here on out.”

“March 23,2023 Finally a Sephora in which they ask you if you need help and if you say no, very politely they tell you that if you need help, you can call them. I have been in other Sephora's in which they follow you, keep asking questions and just do NOT leave you alone! Thank you for let customers be free here. I came here for the Skylar coconut and decided to purchase the spray instead of the travel one. Once I tried a few, I ask them if they had and everything went well. I wasn't able to find what I was really looking for so I decided to come here and check this place out. To my surprised I actually like this store. They have everything here and for a great discount prize! They got clothes, shoes, good brand hand bags, beauty Supplies, everything for kids, men, and women! I was super happy that I was able to grabbed three pairs of really good shoes that I really liked! It like a Ross and Marshall put together but with really good discount deals! I'm so glad I came here. I will definitely be coming back more often. I am pretty sure I can find something nice here like great gifts, photos frames, or even something pretty for my bedroom, bathroom Displays and Decorations.”

The only negatives are no restrooms for customers & I spend hours at a time there. Also no fitting rooms. HINT: wear something that you can simply try clothes on over it. “Always a great experience with Kern river fly shop. My husband booked a guided trip for us hoping I would like it enough to fish with, and I ended up hooked! I have since booked several guide trips with Kern river fly shop and they are always amazing experiences. From fishing the upper Kern with Rob to learning to fish the surf with Guy, I have learned so much in a short period of time. It’s a lot of knowledge to take in but Rob is always very patient and excited about sharing everything he knows every time we are out on the water. Hes just as excited as I am when I hook a fish and learn something new. I always feel safe getting down to the fishing spots and in the water. I’m thankful he’s taught me to be confident/sage on the water when I’m fishing on my own. I more recently booked a surf clinic and guided day with Guy. I was surprised how much I learned in such a short time at the clinic. At the guided trip, He helped me catch onto it so quick. It was awesome to feel confident and catch a few fish the first time being out. Guy was patient and explained everything to me so I understood it easily. I even went out on my own a couple days after and was able to catch quite a few on my own just after those two classes. I love how all the guides genuinely love what they are doing!”
