“Daisy Vergara, First, I must address how you have assumed that the employee who was working that day, was the owner's daughter. It is insensitive, extremely ignorant(and a bit racist) on your part. Just because we have Asian workers, it doesn't mean they are related. Also, there are nepotism policies that would prevent that either way. Second, everyone who shops here is informed about our exchange policy, you included, yet a number of times, you've ignored them. Yesterday, we simply explained that the last time you were here(around the holidays), there was an incident. Initially, you said you didn't know what we were talking about, but when we mentioned an item was taken without permission, you instantly recalled that our worker placed that item in your bag. You're actually admitting to taking the item without our consent. What might one call that? You don't need me to refresh your memory because these were your actions, but I'll explain for any other reviewers, how you took the item when our employee walked away for assistance, but you left behind an old item you had previously purchased and wanted to exchange. You're concerned about your daughter, yet your daughter was present when the initial incident occurred. Where were your ethics then? Lastly, customer service is reserved for CUSTOMERS. Citiwear values our customers. No work space is perfect, but our place of business continues to mature to ensure shoppers are getting what they come for. We have a number of physical signs, and we give verbal reminders about our exchange policies. It's really unfortunate that you don't agree with them. Ps, your review states: "Business is not about keeping your spoiled kids happy but your customers we are why you have a BUSINESS GOING ON." I'd like to know the reference. When using quotations, it means those words were used by another source. I can't imagine any legitimate establishment for consumers would use this as their motto.”
