“This Old Navy is by far the most cleanest and organize Old Navy I ever been to. My fiancée and I was going to eat dinner in the area so I took her here to shop for some sandals. Finding parking was easy since it's in a big plaza and I don't think mask is required but I wore mine. When we walk in, we were so surprise by how organize this location was and how many stuff they had compared to other Old Navy location we have been to. The customer service here is also top notch, someone greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. She was able to help my fiancée get her sandals, clothing off a mannequin that was the last one and just overall wonderful to talk to. We had a great time shopping here and my girlfriend wants to go back since we couldn't stay long.”

“First time visit. Will definitely plan to go again. Note to first time shoppers: this is not a traditional store like macys. Or lululemon. This is a little comparable to sample sales. You will need to show a pass to get in. Clothing is in racks and shelves like a traditional store but the staff is there to clean and restock mostly. Not to answer questions or help you find a size. There are only a few fitting rooms. Try on jackets in front of the mirrors around the store and save fitting rooms forget undressed Expect lines for getting in, fitting rooms, and checking out Expect things to be in the wrong place Those inconveniences are worth it for the prices I got some great deals on fleeces ($26 for thin and $33 for Sherpa like) and puffer jackets! (Less than $200 for Mountain Hardware brand, much less than that for Columbia brand) Some things were xx% off lowest price marked”

Come w patience and do know that they do not allow you to try things on nor open bags to keep the integrity of the costumes and not lose any pieces. You are allowed to have a staff meme we open the bag and see it. The costume I wanted tan small so I went up a size after seeing it. Upon entering you will need to Santiz your hands, I appreciate the health precautions. Staff is busy so have patience and go w an idea in mind so you can get in and out quickly. For the clothes made in overseas factories it should be much cheaper unless it is made in America. Therefore, this company needs to start making everything here and tell the story of their supply chains in the marketing. We were there for a long time and got to see how patient everyone there is with the customers, In one case, they couldn't help a customer so they helped him get what he needs at another branch. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, they have same day appointments for vaccinations. If you need vaccinations ASAP, this may be the best/only place in Fremont.”
