“First time in. Wasn't looking for anything in particular. They do have a LOT of stuff for inside and outside your home. It's so big that I didn't get cell reception! This isn't a place where I would get furnishings for my home that I use 24 hours/day. But, it's a decently priced alternative if you stage homes, or needed to furnish a VRBO, a guest room, or a small apartment quickly and cheaply. They have a ton of outdoor furniture, cushions, umbrellas, pots. The quality of these items is on par with a Target or Walmart. It was very well stocked. They have everything from dishes to decor. Area rugs to outdoor furniture. Mirrors, artwork, tons of bedding and bath items. Plan on spending at least an hour here if you want to browse the whole store. Employees were friendly.”

She was fascinated with the service because Liby was so customer service oriented even speaking in Spanish to her so she can feel more comfortable. “Myself A few bandmates and friends were asked to be part of a photo shoot planned for Igloo Coolers and Iron Maiden Collaboration. So I needed some Iron Maiden tees last minute and figured Hot Topic would be just the place. Not only was this hot topic location open till 8pm (an hour later than it’s nearby counterparts) which worked out perfect, I was helped by an amazing enthusiastic staff member named Hannah! She helped me get everything I needed for us to best look the part for the shoot. Tees/chains/ belts/jewelry. “My family and I had a great experience at the BHLDN in Palo Alto last week. I had Alex helping me try on the different wedding dresses. She really quickly understood my style and was able to pull dresses I never thought of to try on. She also understood my venue and encouraged me to avoid certain styles (my venue is outside in the redwood trees and she suggested no tule to avoid branches/pine needles getting caught in the train). She also was a wonderful voice, hyping me up for the dresses that looked really nice on me. As well as quickly suggesting we move on when she could tell I didn't like a dress. I also tried on a variety of accessories. While I didn't pick THE dress, we did narrow it down to my top three. And, I did land on a veil!”
