The store inventory did not offer much under clothes but the outerwear was tremendous. The store customer service was outstanding and so helpful. “It is impressive how many people are here from San Francisco and Daly city. I met a few people here while waiting in the checkout line. It is unfortunate that there is not a single Wal Mart supercenter in San Francisco area. This is perhaps one of the reasons why there is so much car traffic between San Francisco and East Bay. It seems there is no problem to have Target, Kohl's or Costco in San Francisco area but not Wal Mart. And, it costs money to get here and pay a bridge toll. I am glad the authorities of Union City, CA recognize the importance of this Department Store in the lives of the average people. In San Francisco, it seems they don't. Perhaps, when the next election occurs in San Francisco, we need to ask candidates if they are ok to allow Wal-Mart to open. Finally, this Wal-Mart is very good. It seems very huge. Everything i wanted i found here for a reasonable price. I could not find what i needed in Target store near San Bruno, CA.”

“I have NEVER had a more successful bra fitting. Not only is this store precious, the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My fitter was Alicia and I tried on at least 10-15 bras and she never hesitated to find me some A+ fits. Y'all, I even got an amazing SPORTS BRA. I'm elated and will only shop here for bras going forward. My only caveat is that some other things in the shop are either sold out too quickly or not offered in larger sizes (talking sexy wear and underwear pieces).”

“Excellent service and my tux fit like a glove as always. I think I've been coming here for 20 years now as part of my work for the CAMEO fashion show in Long Beach. The Farrells have long supported CAMEO by comping us on the tux rental - we just pay the cleaning fee. A great deal for a great cause! And it's always great to see Judy, the owner, when I'm in there. It's great to see her sister-in-law working w/ her in the biz since her husband recently passed. Hope they are around for a long time to come.”

“It was prom season and my daughter waited too long to order a dress online and Nordstrom and Macy's selection was disappointing. B Chic was recommended as the go-to local dress shop. They were packed, but let us in anyway to browse the dresses. They pulled several dresses they thought would look good on my daughter, their customer service is amazing! We purchased a gorgeous dress that day, there were so many choices! Then WE made a big mistake. We left with the dress to get it altered at a different location. That tuned into a horrible mistake. After a clear request to hem the dress and keep only a little of the train in the back, the tailor hemmed the dress too short. It was awful. We left the tailor with the material that was removed and went back to B Chic where they handed the dress to Jenny, their on-site seamstress. Jenny saved the dress! Somehow, she managed to reattach the train and hem it properly at the correct length. The selection of dresses 5 stars The customer service 5 stars The seamstress (miracle worker) Jenny 5 billion stars My daughter loved her dress and had a wonderful prom. We will absolutely be back for all of our formal and cocktail dress needs. Thank you so very much!!!”
