They were great at helping my son to feel comfortable during his adjustments and kept him excited about his braces. My son struggled with his expander at first and we are very grateful for all of their patience and compassion while he adjusted to the treatment. “I am a nurse, wife and a caregiver of a physically and mentally disabled man. We have been to multiple dentists and I have probably called most of the offices in the area trying to find a dental team that can understand our needs and how his dental issues are complex in nature including more than just a "healthy mouth." From start to finish we received the best all round care. I first must thank Lilly at the front desk for understanding the nature of our problem and directing us appropriately through a dental emergency on a Friday. They had us in by Monday morning and Dr. Ogen made sure our treatment plan included a thorough interview with the caregiver to get a comprehensive understanding of the patient's needs. We were not rushed, we did not have to share our time with 3 other patients. She gave us the time we needed and demonstrated compassion and understanding that I had yet to see in this profession. As a new patient we were not told "the dentist is booking out through end of June." We have been given a referral to a surgeon in the area, antibiotics and a patient and family agreed upon plan moving forward. I couldn't be more relieved! I plan on moving the whole family to Lakeside dental and will highly recommend them to anyone looking (especially those that care for Alzheimers or dementia family members.”

“I've had the best experience with Dr. Swainston and his staff. The office is nice and clean, high tech, friendly staff, honest dentistry. It's refreshing coming to a dentist that doesn't push additional unnecessary procedures. They are easy going and thorough. I chipped my tooth and was worried insurance wouldn't cover it. I gave Dr. Swainston's staff my insurance then got my teeth cleaned and two chipped front teeth fixed. They got me in right away, just as I was hoping. I was happily surprised it was covered by my insurance. There were no hidden costs, they were totally upfront with me. Grateful to have found such a wonderful office and dentist. I HIGHLY recommend. “Update 5-31-2022: It has now been a week since my tooth extraction, and I literally have had zero pain, no swelling and I have pretty much eaten everything you can think of. I can't remember the name of the procedure, but Dr Larson takes your blood, mixes it into a concauction, fills the gum, and uses a piece of skin like substance he makes from your own cells to cover the extraction site. I may not be explaining the procedure correctly, but what I do know is that it is amazing and it makes the healing process much quicker, or in my case almost instant. I know that people often add positive/negative reviews and it's difficult to trust the authenticity of most of the reviews, but trust me, Dr Larson's dental practice is on a whole different level than what I am used to and I have been to some great dentist in the past. Hands down the most technologically advanced dental facility that I have ever been to. Furthermore, Dr Larson, Dr Crowley and all of their staff are extremely professional and masters of their craft. At first I was upset that my wife made my dentist appointment in Brea, because I live in Norco, and there are a ton of dentist between Norco and Brea. However, now that I have had dental work done by both Dr Larson and Dr Crowley, I have to admit the drive is well worth it. Take my word for it, if you want the best dentist's in the business, Dr Larson is your man.”
