“Where do I begin, generally expect normal service and I do not write many reviews unless they leave an impact. My son’s braces bracket fell off and the arch wire was lost. Unfortunately, due to the recent winter storms back home in Texas it was unsafe to travel back to see our regular Orthodontist. I decided to call Orthodontists around the Long Beach area to get my son’s bracket and wired replaced after many many rejections finally Dr. Vu at Bloom Orthodontics decided to see us. Today they replaced my son’s bracket and wire, the professionalism and compassion displayed by Dr. Vu and the staff are unmatched. My son and I are very happy with the results kinda makes me wish we lived here, I highly highly recommend them!!!”
