“I came in with a very bad tooth abscess after being bounced around by my HMO insurance dental network for 4 months. I have EXTREMELY high dental anxiety and honestly thought that I might just die from the infected tooth rotting away in my head at this point. Dr. Cutts came highly recommended by several trustworthy people and they got me in for an evaluation right away. Dr Cutts has a no nonsense, patient first approach and went over the pros and cons of extraction vs root canal. Rather than trying to sell the more expensive procedure, he helped me come to a decision keeping my health and anxiety as the top priority. “After moving to Dublin, I had been taking my kids to Star Brite, which was fine except that the owner had a more distant and intimidating demeanor. I decided to try here for my eldest because I wanted a dental and orthodontic practice in one. First visit, the dentist and staff already felt more welcoming. The office format was very open as well. Seems like it would be a great option for the littler ones. I will say that the exam and cleaning was quite a bit more expensive though, but overall it's worth coming here.”

I called and had a lot of questions regarding how my new state insurance would work and I was able to get all my questions answered with ease. The office is a beautiful space and makes you feel so comfortable and calm. They have a TV right in front of you when you’re getting seen and you’re able to play shows and movies to ease any nerves. The assistant who helped me, Ashley, and the front desk person, Carissa, were amazing! So sweet and knowledgeable. Dr. Guzman was so amazing too and took her time to walk me through my procedures. “Dr. Pratte and his team are the best. Root canals are not fun, but they are so good at what they do, that I felt totally comfortable and taken care of. I had to have one in a tooth with a crown and the crown remained in tact. He is very responsive with off hours help and knows what he's doing. Don't mess around with this procedure, get it done by someone who is well-experienced. And Dr. Pratte is that person.”
