“This is an excellent dental office. The dentist is very thorough and thoughtful. She goes over every issue I have and carefully explains all of the work I need. Her caring nature makes me feel like I am always in good hands. The staff is very professional and friendly as well. I really liked the clean and well decorated office. I am so happy with this location also because it is really convenient for me since it is right next to 24 hour fitness. There is plenty of parking on the second floor. I went to Dr. Stevenson because I have had so many poor experiences with dentists – over-treatment, questionable ethics and mediocre results. He has an amazing reputation and I checked out his credentials – they don’t get any better! Even though he is a master clinician he was humble and easy to talk to. He was incredibly patient and took his time to diagnose my issue. He found that my tooth was beyond saving but he still cleaned the area and relieved my pain. He made a clear plan with options to suit my needs to place an implant and crown in the future. His staff made no sales pitches nor displayed any pushiness which is so common these days! They simply wanted me to be informed so I could make MY OWN DECISION – what a concept! This is how health care should work in the US. “I have a phobia.. just one.. the dentist. I have neglected my teeth for far too long. Lucky for me I found Dr Sireesha. I have never had such gentle treatment. I called Jason in the front office, and what does he say, "Come right in at noon and we'll take care of you!" Then he says he's sorry it can't be sooner! Um.. WHAT?? He was worried about me! Are you ready for my review.... I FELT NOTHING!! I mean there was some pressure, but so what?? It was PAINLESS!! “I have been seeing Dr. Flores since I was a little girl. I followed him to Downey from South Gate and I'm so glad I did! I'm not sure why a previous review said that the technology he uses is out of date, that was not my experience at all! Every time I go in they are offering a new service (tooth whitening, teeth straightening, etc.). He is incredibly gentle and so understanding of the anxiety/nerves that come with seeing the dentist. This last time, I saw the new dentist, Dr. Ibrahim. In addition to getting my teeth cleaned, I've had to get a few fillings this last time. She is young and just as patient and gentle as Dr. Flores. I love the attention you get from everyone there. I highly recommend this practice for your regular cleanings and check ups as well as for any dental work you need.”
