“I had been to several Dentist wanting a specific dental procedure, and they said it couldn't be done, they wanted to do a procedure involving a LOT of money. They also lied about other issues. I went to Taylor Pham and my Dentist is Dr. Haufman, and without even asking she suggested that same procedure I wanted. I find this place to be honest. What more could you ask for, but they also do great work. I have never left in pain not been in pain days after. Discomfort, of course. But not much. Go here!!”

I thought we had built some kind of trust over 40 years , so that if I ever did need some serious work done he would allow me to make payments I could afford. I was wrong and hurt. A good friend told me to go see Dr. Ken Smith so, I gave him a call. I couldn't have been any happier. Here's why I gave Dr. Smith 5 stars... 1.When you call the office you talk to Ken Smith the Dentist . It's so rare that you get to talk to a professional when you call any office. I love that. 2.He really is a pleasant person and extremely caring. You will have no problems talking to Dr Smith about your teeth. 3. His office is as clean and neat as a pin and so is he. He cares about his space and it's warm and friendly. Pictures of him and his son and a beautiful windows to enjoy while he is working on your teeth. 4. And this one is really the most important, he does really excellent work. I had to get a full top denture and a partial denture on the bottom, and I have never been back to change a thing. My teeth fit so good and I'm very pleased. I think that is a huge job and I was scared but I am so happy I changed my Dentist. 5. The work that Dr. Smith did for me cost 1/4 of what my ex was gonna charge me. Same work but my ex was asking $16,000.00. I sat down with Dr. Smith on my first visit and we worked out a financial plan that I was very comfortable with ....that was 3 years ago. I got my teeth and he got his money and I feel like I made a new friend too. A couple other little things worth mentioning, Dr Smith is very fast at returning your calls as soon as he gets the message. I never had to wait long for an appointment, but there is a steady flow of clientele. His office is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. He has the biggest and best collection of waiting room magazines I've ever seen. I have nothing but good things to say.”

“For 7 days I suffered because my dentist did not see any tooth fractures or infection. My dentist used the standard x-ray. I was on heavy pain meds and a slew of antibiotics. When I saw Dr Greiner he ordered an immediate CT (3D) scan of my tooth and gums. Dr Greiner showed me the imaging results and it showed my tooth had multiple fractures and a quarter sized infection as plain as day and it was determined that my molar could not be saved. The standard x-ray was totally inconclusive and missed the problem. If I had been sent to Dr Greiner’s initially, I would have had only 2-3 days of suffering verses 7 days. It’s not a knock on my wonderful dentist. The scanner cost $150,000 so it’s not an option for the most part. I believe that all local dentists need to know about this valueable resource so they can offer the best options to their patients. Insist on a 3D scan if you want to know exactly what is happening with your ailing tooth without any guess work. Prior to my emergency procedure, Dr Greiner Explained in detail what I was facing and what he would do to end my pain. He and his entire staff were compassionate and very professional. They patiently answered every question I had which were a few. Thank you Dr Greiner and staff.”
