All the coaches are fantastic and motivational. I really love the body scans and nutritional help. I think this will really help keep me accountable, which I haven’t found in any gyms prior. The workouts are challenging and different every class. I am also very thankful that I didn’t feel pressured to join. I was able to complete my 7 day trail without the discussion of membership to see if this was something I really want to be a part of.
