“Update: The office manager has reached out to me and is working to help get my replacement crown back on track! She was very nice and professional. I am very appreciative that Aspen Dental reacted to my review and is trying to rectify the issue. The staff at this clinic has always been wonderful, even through the pandemic. However, for the past two months I have been calling to follow up on the receipt of a replacement crown that was supposedly ordered for me. I have been placed on hold for 10 minutes or more on most of my calls and have only actually spoken to a live person once. When I did reach a live person they said they did not see my crown in the back and their system was down so she could not check the status. There does not seem to be any other option to reach them aside from by phone. I have now had an improperly fit crown on over 2 months with temporary cement. I expect any day it will come loose. At this point, I suppose I will have to pay for an entirely new crown at a new dentists office. I don't know what has changed with this office or if they are just currently short staffed, but I would not recommend beginning treatment there until they rectify whatever the current issue is.”

“Dr. Coronado is probably the best dentist I’ve ever had. I always fear the injection for local anesthesia, and he always does a great job because honestly I don’t really feel the needle! His hands are light! Plus he takes his time in explaining what’s going on with your procedures, diagnosis, etc. Also, his staff is amazing. They are really good in accommodating your needs whether it’s for your schedule or obtaining information for your overall care.”

“I’ve been going to Morada Dental for years, and they do an amazing job every time. Never once did I think to switch to another Dental facility. They put a lot of attention into each patient they work with, making sure everyone walks out of there with a better smile. I even had braces at one point for a little over a year, and the whole process was really smooth since they worked so efficiently and effectively. My family and I have specifically worked with Sean for years, who is always very dedicated to his work. Always doing a good job, making sure to put us in check (especially when it comes to flossing everyday)! I recommend to all to come and try this place out!????????????”

“I wish Irvine Children’s Dentistry took adults. My 4 year old had 2 fillings done today and he rocked it. The dentist’s office called us yesterday to talk about the procedure and confirm our appointment time. Basically they were calming me down over my kid having to use nitrous for the procedure. They even took notes on what terms I used (laughing gas instead of nitrous oxide) to explain to my child so we were all on the same page. He walked in today fearless and excited. He walked out with a balloon, toy, and sticker while giving high fives to everyone. They made the entire experience a pleasurable one for all of us. Please rethink your policy on seeing adults because I really would love to be one of your patients. I couldn’t possibly give the dentists and staff enough praise for all they do. Dr Lani was awesome and thorough. My kids look forward to seeing you guys in 6 months. I’ve never heard a parent say their kids are excited to see the dentist? I am so lucky I found this office and we will be forever patients. Thank you. Thank you.”
