They did show how to properly care for first time expander for braces and let me practice on a model so I felt confident before sending me home with all the tools. The Patient Rewards gear is an awesome way to encourage my son in good oral hygiene with braces. “This place is usually easy to get in and out of with friendly enough staff however today I went to return shoes to a manufacturer and had an odd experience. I went in and was told I'd need to purchase a box to put the shoe box in which I expected to do however then I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't bring tape to tape the return label to the box. "We can't supply anything because that's prepaid postage" Even though I was buying one of their boxes? They'd help me tape the box closed but turned me away because they can't spare tape for the return label. Very odd not to be helped over tape. Leaving four stars because I've had satisfactory experiences here before but today was petty.”

“I finally took the plunge and tried a new dentist closer to home and I'm so glad I did! They were very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. Normally I dread getting x-ray because of my tori, but their dental assistant was excellent. She took her time and made sure I wasn't in pain before each picture was taken. Dr. was also very professional, she took her time to clean my teeth herself and did a great job. I also liked that although she made suggestions for cosemetic dental treatment, she didn't push it. When I asked questions about the treatment she answered them thoroughly and never gave me "because I know best attitude". Overall very happy with the entire staff and would recommend giving them a try if looking for a new dentist.”

“I have major anxiety, and I had to go in for wisdom teeth removal, the team in the back were a great help. Rene really helped calm me down and Sandra and Lily explained everything to me before the procedure. I can't stress enough how bad my panic attacks can be, and Rene helped bring me backdown to earth which I appreciated greatly. The oral surgeon himself also did an amazing job keeping me calm and informed. He removed all 4 in less than 10 minutes, helped coach me through each extraction and make sure I was completely comfortable. I was really weary of coming in because of my own personal fear of the dentist but they really did help an astounding amount”
