“What I have come to expect when I visit Chaparral Village Dental and Dr. Zhao, is excellence. The entire office is run very efficiently. When it is your appointment time, that time has been reserved for your treatment only. I have never seen this with any of my prior dentists, but really appreciate this practice. Dr. Zhao is hands-down the best dentist I have ever been to ... his work is fantastic, and he and his assistant work like a team that have been with each other for quite some time - they are in complete sync with each other. “My regular dentist recommended me to come here for an analysis on a possible of root canal due to a cracked molding that caused great pain whenever I drink cold water. Dr. Nidhi Prakash and her assistant (Audrey) were great. Dr. Prakash was great. She helped explaining the symptom and provided possible outcomes. At the end, she did a root canal that I felt so comfortable during the procedure. Mind you that I am a chicken when it comes to needles. Now is 8 hours after the procedure, I feel great and my tooth is no longer sensitive to cold water. I highly recommend Dr. Prakash. Kudos to Dr. Prakash and Audrey. They are a great team. So efficient and professional.”
