“I have been going to this practice for over 20 years. Dr. Webb is superb, and his expertise immediately puts you at ease. He is calm and explains all procedures clearly and always has the best interest of the patient. Due to the precarious positioning of one particular tooth ( precarious because I have all 4 wisdom teeth) that needed a crown, he felt it would be better to send me to an Oral Surgeon, which yielded a very positive outcome. I appreciated that the best way to take care of my situation was his priority! Another very positive aspect of his practice is his staff!! From the very helpful, (they remember you and your story,) and extremely helpful, (well versed in all insurance matters,) efficient and flexible , (working around your schedule to set up or change appointments) office staff to the very capable and pleasant dental hygienists and assistants, Sunrise is the best! I have never had a bad experience with the dental work I have received or in dealing with anyone in the office!! “This review is long overdue. But when it comes to periodontists, Dr. O is the absolute best! I had an aggressive gum recession from a very young age and Dr. O accomplished a beautiful gum graft that looks good as new. He made the entire process very comfortable and peaceful from beginning to end. He educated me on everything upfront, provided me all of my options first without rushing me into deciding, and then proceeded with care. I can't thank him enough! “I needed a dentist to pull an abscessed molar right away. I called South Valley Dentist late at night. The next morning right when they opened Dr Shankar called me personally. The Doctor made arrangements for me to come in the same day. I was greeted by Ashley who was very pleasant and spoke highly of the doctor. She eased my mind right away. I met Dr Shankar he was great! He explained everything that was going to happen and his demeanor was pleasant and calming. He wrote me an rx for pain and the pharmacy could not read a number. We called him back and instead of making us drive back to his office he drove to our pharmacy so we would not be inconvenienced.
