“My son is 16 and has had a small but prominent scar on his cheek from a fall when he was 2. He had lived with it as a minor aesthetic annoyance. I became acquainted with Dr Frederick, and researched his background and practice, as well as that of a few others in the area, and decided to arrange a consultation. We were thrilled to learn that the revision could be done quickly and in the office, and booked it right away. The day of the procedure was amazing. We arrived and were greeted warmly by the front office staff, and waited barely a minute before the nurse came to take us to the photo room, and then to the treatment room. Dr Frederick arrived shortly after, and his manner was engaging and warm and encouraging. The whole thing took just a few minutes; my son was totally calm, and had zero discomfort. He’s two weeks out from the scar-revision. The superficial sutures are out, and it’s healing beautifully. This was a flawless experience, from top to bottom. Dr Frederick and his staff are lovely, and his work is caring and meticulous and excellent.”
