Yesterday was a particularly difficult visit for my son and myself and Dr. Sandler not only spoke to the stress we were under and alleviated both myself and my son’s stress greatly. My son wouldn’t sit still long enough to get a good assessment of his eyes but that didn’t affect how we were treated. We were met with much empathy and compassion.
