“Dr. Nguyen is a very caring, professional, thorough and brilliant oncologist who has guided me through a myriad of cancer treatments he had designed for my specific needs. When I first met him he told me that we were in this together and that his plan was for me to complete the process of chemo, radiation and the required surgeries, and that when done, he’d send me back to my regular life. Listen, it’s not been easy or fun, but I have no complaints. God provided me the access to great doctors like Dr. Nguyen, and my hope and commitment have infrequently waivered. Without Dr. Nguyen and his outstanding staff who are always on the ball (shoutouts to Paige and Leslie), they have kept me somewhat sane, focused on the target and the end goal. While the goalpost has moved a couple of times, Dr. Nguyen just adjusts the plan and keeps me encouraged. I’m not back to my regular life yet, but I am getting closer. Bottomline, when I sometimes felt like giving up, he wouldn’t let me. You can’t ask more from a doctor.”
