“I am blown away by the service of this company! They just completed our work a few hours ago, and I felt I had to write a review immediately. Upon purchasing our first home, I had an in-home consultation with the owner a few months ago, which required recessed lighting. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions in person and through email afterward; we went back and forth many times as I added more work, took some things off the list due to budget, etc. He was prompt and patient and sent me very detailed quotes. I appreciate the pricing transparency, given my experiences with some of the other contractors I've tried to get estimates from. Today the electricians showed up on time to get to work. I was expecting maybe two guys who would spend the whole day doing all of the items on our list. Installing new recessed lighting throughout our house, replacing old recessed lights, installing a chandelier, installing garage lighting, removing old intercoms, and other random things). Instead, 8 guys showed up and covered our entire place in plastic and tarp within 10 minutes so that the house wouldn't get dusty or dirty (I was planning to take some "before" photos and literally didn't have time because they were so fast). They brought a large crew to complete all tasks in one day (even though we had a second day reserved just in case), and each person tackled a different room/area and worked diligently. The electricians completed all the work less than 6 hours later, and after walking through and seeing their work, I was super impressed! Everything was as I wanted (they solicited my feedback throughout and were flexible if I wanted something changed), and the quality of the work was excellent - everything was perfectly installed and patched. They left our house looking 10x better than before! I never realized how big of a difference having good lighting can have in the overall aesthetic of your house, but now I am a believer. Some of the guys even went out of their way to help me with things that weren't part of the work scope, explained things about lighting and wiring, and made recommendations for other work that we could consider. I'm apprehensive about working with other contractors now because I feel that they set the bar too high :) I will be working with them again when we have more work to do, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know!”
