“Trevor was the first to return my call after I called seven numbers around Tahoe for an electrician. He called 10 mins after I left a message. He stated he was booked solid for the coming weeks, but wanted to at least talk about my electrical issue and give some advice. Trevor spoke with me for 27 minutes about the issue, offering troublesooting steps, and suggesting various things that may be causing the issue. This shows genuine care about the customer. More than that, I am not even Trevor's "customer" at this point, because he could not schedule me in. Trevor donated his time on the call out of the kindness of his heart. “Richard at Rabalais is a gem!! Honest, diligent, knowledgeable. My A/C went out and my home warranty company referred me to Rabalais. Richard came promptly, diagnosed the problem, and then, even though he didn't have to--he could have just left it to the warranty company to take their time about it--he found the part I needed, contacted the warranty company on my behalf, and when they told him it would take them 3-5 business days to issue the PO for it, he refused to take no for an answer. He got that part in one day, came over and installed it the same day, was professional and polite even when I was hot and frustrated and at my wit's end. He is that rare thing nowadays: An honest craftsman who cares about his work and cares about his clients and knows how to get the job done. This was my first interaction with this company and they could not have been better or more admirably represented. I'm a single working mom.
