“They are really great. Chalino helped me out. I went in with a problem with my heater after a bad mechanic ripped me off. I wanted to rule out the possibilities of easy fixes/fuses/see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in to another mechanic. I would say he went above and beyond and really helped me out. Also, he set me up with the proper chains so I'd be prepared. I would totally recommend this place. Excellent quality stuff and their help is beyond great. He also recommended a good mechanic who has good rates. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I came here interested in buying my wife a signed memorabilia frame by Robert Plant and Jimmy Page and once arriving, the owner (I assume) directed me to his wall where I saw he had all four signatures framed and certified of Led Zeppelin. He worked with me and gave me a better deal than what I was expecting to pay. It was all worth it to see my wife in tears after she opened it up for her birthday gift. As someone who worked in retail management for 12+ years I can say in all honesty that the management in this store is doing something great. Every single employee I come in contact with is incredibly helpful and beyond friendly. It doesn't matter if I am there at 8am or 9pm. The staff always seems to be in a good mood. They are genuinely interested in the customer experience and eager to help you find what you need or grab you a cart when your hands are full. I am greeted upon entry and wished a great day every time I leave. It feels a little like the twilight zone to see an entire store of content happy retail workers - even during the busy holiday rush. Whatever they are putting in the water or pumping through the air vents there please keep it up! And please make sure this trickles down to the Anaheim Hills store and their incredible staff. That team deserves some praise.”

“What turned into a negative visit, turned positive. This was my first time visiting this B&O location and first time experiencing B&O. I have been eyeballing a certain pair of headphones for sometime (H4) and Miguel made the process so seamless. He even offered other types of headphones so that I can experience the B&O signature sound. I am blown-away by the quality and craftsmanship. When it came time to check-out, Miguel let me know that they did not have stock of H4. I made the drive from LA and was slightly disappointed, but understood. Miguel took it further and offered to ship them to my address and was able to secure a pair of H4 that same day! I am not super excited to my pair to arrive and experience what B&O is about. I will definitely be back for future purchases. I am HOOKED! Thanks Miguel for taking care of me!!”
