“So I went in to this store because I had a few questions. I'm on the hunt for a good laptop for my son and felt like I wanted to give Microsoft a visit before I went in to Apple. Thankfully I was helped by Alex and he answered every single question I had and treated me like a person should be when searching for a big purchase like this one. He guided me through the specs and I told him what I was after. He gave me all the options considering specs and price points. I really didn't feel like searching much longer but I felt like I needed to give Apple there opportunity to sell me.
