My phone was latwr returned to me and the following day i went to have my service returned to my original phone. It takes a few weeks before they can switch the number back and that was a little irritating but, Cynthia's customer service totally eased the pain. She's currently trying to see if i can get my service returned to my old phone. I appreciate the effort regardless of the outcome.”
