But today I hit a pitch at the self checkout and the guy who came to my aid was so fast & so pleasant, it really went beyond my expectations. Then I hit another “glitch” and the customer service person was, again, very efficient and very pleasant. Everyone was in above-and-beyond mode! I’ve never had a problem at this store. “Patricia Egan is a wonderful piano teacher. My daughter really likes her. She is very patient and kind. She teaches her seasonal songs in addition to her lesson books which keeps things interesting for my daughter. She also has holiday treats for her students like pencils, cookies, candy (back to school, Halloween, Christmas, valentines) which is a nice extra touch! My daughter can be shy but she feels comfortable talking to Mrs Egan about piano songs as well as little things about her day. Patricia has always been flexible if we have a sick day or need to change a lesson for another activity. I would recommend her if you are looking for a piano teacher!”
