“This is one of the best computer repair shops I've been to. Mirna (the owner) and Claudia (her daughter) were incredibly welcoming and especially on Christmas Eve! My Lenovo Thinkpad was stuck in sleep mode and wouldn't shut down and they helped me fix it. 99% of other computer repair shops were closed and one even told me my motherboard had died (he clearly didn't know what he was talking about) and they were open until 4PM. They are extremely hardworking and offer an unparalleled customer experience. When I arrived, they asked questions to first understand the problem. Luckily, I had done some research, so I could present an idea to explore. They then got their rockstar computer technician (Baltazar) to listen and once he understood the issue, he then brought the computer back to try the solution I presented. The result: my computer is fixed! A working computer is the best Christmas present I could get this year. I highly recommend C&A Electronics for your computer repair and retail needs if you live in Los Angeles.
