“Macy's was a great experience. I went Christmas shopping today at the men's section and Irene demonstrated a variety of colognes and I ended up choosing Dior for a gift. Irene and her coworker kindly wrapped it for me which was a big advantage, with holidays and all. I also went to the women's department, and I wish I could remember her name, but I forgot to ask.Bummer. “Review for 48" Range purchased from Elci: We have had our 48" Tecnogas Range installed and in use for a little over a month now. So far we love it!! We put it to the ultimate test for Thanksgiving when we made a 24 lb turkey, ham, mac n cheese, desserts and much more. Everything was done and ready as planned! I have not noticed the large or small ovens taking longer than usual to pre- heat or cook/bake - even when I open the door a few times while in use We bought this range because of the beautiful and unique look. We got the matte black with bronze accent. It adds a beautiful focal point in our all white kitchen. Very satisfied with the style and cooking quality this range provides. It fits perfect in the newly renovated kitchen the hubby and I did. Due to Tecnogas being new to the U.S. the supplier (Elci) was offering the hood for free - BONUS!!! The price of range was great compared to a lot of the other professional sized ranges we had seen. Customer service from Elci was great and delivery of our items (Range, hood and microwave) to the store was faster than expected! One more thing, the "Bronze" I would say look more like a distressed Antique Brass - which I love! All the kitchen accents I used - handles, pot filler and pendants are in antique brass and they look beautiful and complement the range and hood very nicely!”

Both times staff went out of their way to assist us and make sure we got what we wanted, including calling other stores to get extra chairs to complete our outdoor set we needed right away. While corporate, they made us feel more like a mom and pop operation. (Just try and wait for the sales!)”
