“My experience in shopping at Furniture Innovation is one that is unmatchable. Having flown in a day prior for a specific event, we literally had a list 15 places to connect with and this being the first. First the pricing and inventory at furniture innovation greatly exceeded my expectations. Second the level of quality in the furniture is far beyond what I would assume and similar to that of what you would expect from a higher end furniture brand. Third and most important was the level customer service the team exhibited. From the time we entered the store to the time that we left the area, yes the area, we were given the upmost respect and support from this store/staff. As a person who lived in multiple states and has purchased furniture at various pricing levels this is easily the most pleasant shopping experience I have ever had. That statement extends to shopping for other items and not just furniture. I will/ would recommend this store everyone looking for furniture. “An incredibly charming combination tea tasting room and futon/home store. Shocking given the business name, I know. There are usually two attentive, but not pushy, ladies here, who know their business. The tea tastings are offered to anyone who wants them, but please tip! As someone who used to sell tea, they have some of the finest sourcing in the area. I bought a tatami frame here to go with the mats my friend graciously gifted me, and I'm still loving it.”

“Quick, friendly service, and not afraid of taking on a challenge. I needed a new cover made for the A/C unit of my small fiberglass RV, similar in scope to how a boat cover would be fastened on with snaps. Roberto and his crew got me in right away, made a custom cover that fits perfectly, replaced the old clasps, and charged me a heck of a lot less than any RV repair shop would have. I was in and out in an hour. Can't recommend these guys enough!”
