“Great service. The technician showed up on time within the two hour time frame which i was happy about. He took his shoes off before he entered which i was actually very happy about. He introduced himself and asked what our issues were. He was very kind and listened to all our concerns. We purchased a sofa through Costco "Abbyson living" sofa. It was great but some of the threading was starting to come up. Since costco has a great policy they sent out these guys right away. Techs did a wonderful job addressing my issues and fixed the sofa. I came to pick up a Raspberry Pi but the were unfortunately out of stock, five stars because the employee I asked knew instantly that they were out of stock without having to look it up or ask what I was talking about, and pointed me directly to the aisle I needed for the other things I came to get. Knowledgeable staff and huge selection, I mean you can usually get the stuff cheaper online but if you look for the flash sales they have you're in for a good time.”
