He then brought me a price breakdown for three different builds of options. And the price was lower than everywhere I looked online even during black friday. I was blown away. I placed my order and Dillon has been keeping me updated each step of the way and I only bought one chair! After we left the store my wife looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged $100.00 for Guardian for each recliner. An additional $200.00 for something we did not ask for. The sales person didn’t even ask if it was something we were interested in purchasing. She took it upon herself to pad the sale. Needless to say we are not happy.”
