Looked on Google there was not too many places to choose from but this place already had good reviews so I had to go check it out for myself. Even though it was 25 min from my home. I was very satisfied from the outcome nice lady named Salina the owner answered all the questions I had and gave me more info about air soft guns I never even knew about as she took her time to make sure we were satisfied and got what we needed she definitely made a new customer 2day. I will for sure be back. They even have a technician that can fix your paint ball and air soft guns, left my magazine there to be fixed and purchased another one so I can still have my fun in the meantime. Thank You Selena”

“I have been a Studio One devoted client for several years. Every time I am in class I wonder how ANYONE can live without Pilates. My back doctor recommended Pilates for my back pain and it’s amazing how it has helped. During the miserable years of Covid lockdown, we were all so lucky to have classes with zoom. All the coaches seem to have a positive coaching method, and my daughter seems to always make another new friend. They have different hours for classes which makes it easier for us parents who work a 9-5. Definitely recommend trying it out. 1-2 times a week. It gives kids something to look forward to.”

“I came here with little expectations. However when there’s a spiritual retreat I have experienced some people who claim things they are not . I will say this was really relaxing and super insightful. I learned how to care for my self. Kristin is quite the ray of light she is knowledgeable and has such a calming energy . Kristin knows her craft . The facilities are posh with a sense of community. We also had an opportunity to do our own exploring of the area. I would recommend this retreat to all my friends and family who are seeking some spiritual guidance . The best thing I found is that all healing starts and ends with you . “Wow.. Sensei Huey is such a positive role model for kids. Not only is he incredible at explaining the art he is a master at motivational speaking. I encourage you to give him a shot, you wont find anyone like him. The class size is usually really small and you dont have to commit to a particular time. Very reasonable pricing.
