“I've lived here since October 2018, there were some issues with repairs from the last tenant, but I brought it to management attention and they were fixed right the way. I did not rent an upgraded apartment, so it wasn't perfect, but it was tolerable. The apartment was clean, I requested hard wood flooring and it was done for me, I was very happy. I never had a problem with the neighbors, yes, almost everyone has dogs, more than one some of the residents, but if you don't like dogs, move somewhere where they don't allow it. Dogs bark, so what? Maintenance crew is great, very helpful and polite. I only had couple of maintenance issues, but they were solved the next day. They upgraded the key access to a smart device as well. They are trying to make this more modern and ad up to date technology. It is safe and neighbors are nice. The grounds are clean and constantly being cleaned and up kept. I don't know why there are bad reviews, but as far as I am concerned, I've been happy here. The only issue i see is parking for guests, which is only on the adjacent street, not inside the property. One problem is that people here have more than 1,2, or even 3 cars per apartment, so how much space is everyone expecting? Be reasonable! Jasmine in the office is very professional and pleasant, and she cares about the residents. She is always helpful and always makes sure your issues were solved. Communications with the tenants is constant and they let you know when they do repairs or upgrades so everyone is aware. Overall is a nice place to live. Cons: no central air and heat.”

“This is a brand new facility in San Gabriel Valley. Staff is friendly and warm. Service is awesome. Management keeps this place super clean. The bathrooms do not smell! I usually come during night time, and never came across having a difficult time for parking. They also have water fountains with ice cold Most important: they have wooden floor with yonex mat! This does not hurt my knees as much in the long run! Will come back again!”

God Bless new drivers:) She put a dent into the door and Mike was able to really make the door look great. He spent a lot of time on it and I want to thank him for that. “This is a special place. Serious but relaxed, intense but playful, and supportive for all. From just trying to lose weight and deal with stress to training for competitive fights, you can get whatever you want to get out of boxing here. Everyone is supportive, no ego issues, and no one is trying to take anyone's head off (unless that's what you want and you're ready for it -- but everyone here exhibited great self-control and care). I highly recommend Maxwell's to anyone. Quite simply, it's full of great people.”

“This is my go to gym, it has everything that I need to get the job done and with my personal experiences I never had a problem with customer service like some say but than again I'm not the type to ask too much from staff, I go in get them dues paid and I'm out. The only thing I would ask for to make it 5 star gym for me is for this location to actually be open 24 hours, I want to grind while others are sleeping and avoid the traffic jam while I'm trying to get my gainz! Y'all can't call yourself 24 hour fitness no more Bro, since your open from 4am to 12 am its gotta be 20 hour fitness lol”

“Stephanie was my wax specialist and let me just start by saying I have never had better service. From the easy check in that I did with one text message to check in to the ease I felt on her table while getting waxed was just hands down amazing. She made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible from the start for my first Brazilian wax. I went in with a completely different mindset than when I actually was receiving my service. I thought it was going to be this horrible pain and it was actually the opposite ( no lie even for my first wax). You do feel a tug and some slight pain bc the hair is obviously thicker from shaving but it lasted no more than a few seconds. The cleanup and explanation of upkeep was very thorough. I walked out of her room a whole new woman. She has a very gentle hand and is very detailed, outgoing and friendly. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend her and this facility. Thank me later y’all.”
