Everyone’s at different levels of ability, but the coaches treat everyone the same ensuring safe movements and proper form. Owen has helped so many safely go from barely walking due to an injury or illness to squating with heavy weight. Their trainers are very educated in movement patterns and always there to give extra help and coaching. It’s inspiring to to a part of a community that supports each others fitness goals while having so much fun getting there. Highly recommend you check it out!”

I had changed my views on many things in every day's life in general. The classes are in friendly and relaxed atmosphere, everyone in the class can participate, ask questions or give a comment. Debbie is very experienced in what she is doing, she is focused on emotions and how to we can recognize them and deal with our emotions so they don't become anger and frustration. I would recommend Better Choice to everyone who wants to learn about better: Parenting, Relationship, Anger Management.”
