“If you have been considering putting your child in Jiu Jitsu, this is the place to go! The family that owns the studio (Ken and Michelle) are amazing!they have two younger children which makes for a great family friendly environment. The coaches are great at motivating your children to do their best while holding them accountable and working on listening, discipline, etc. The class structure is great- stretches, drills, instruction, sparring, and it always ends with a fun activity. The only reason we had to leave was due to a move out of state. The process to cancel was easy (we did month to month). Highly recommended!”

“Yoga Bonsall is a gem, located behind Daniel’s Market. It has the kindest, most knowledgeable teachers and attracts a real nice group of people. They offer events. Their Cacao Ceremony this past full moon was absolutely delightful. The way Shelby and Di orchestrated this event left everyone in bliss. My favorite parts were the set up itself, the cacao ceremony (we each brought our own favorite cup) and the drumming. The drumming was particularly healing for several people! Kudos to Sage Bonsall and deepest gratitude to Shelby and Di for that gift.”
