“I've used this pharmacy for over 20 years. It's great. Some techs can be rude, but usually they are wonderful. After a two-year absence due to hospitalization, I called in desperate need of an insulin Rx. When I left a care facility after two years, they neglected to give me any insulin for immediate use upon departure. I called CVS and they said it would be a week, giving me multiple excuses. As a diabetic I couldn't wait a week. I called Bel Air Gold River pharmacy and explained my situation. The Tech talked to the pharmacy director, they said they'd work on it. I had my insulin Rx within two hours, picking it up around 7 p.m. that evening. They literally saved my life. They close at 7, but stayed a little over to allow me to pick up. They are quick to fill orders when I need them, and at times have given me small doses to tie me over until the regular Rx is done. They have been especially helpful during the pandemic. I trust them, something that's invaluable in a pharmacy.”
