Andrew and Grace's coaching is empowering and fierce as well as encouraging and compassionate. During my initial intake, Andrew expressed the importance of daily meditation and proper nutrition as integral pieces of the program in creating a healthy and stable routine to support a well-rounded life - what great harmony, which as a student of yoga I greatly aligned with. The community at BSP continues to cultivate an environment of togetherness, striving for a wholesome state of being. The positive vibes and constant encouragement keep me going every step of the way, and I am so grateful for how each experience sets me up for daily success. “Best workout I've had in years! I tried an XFIT class 6 months ago and I've been hooked ever since. I was a complete beginner, with no previous kickboxing or martial arts experience and the coaches were amazing at brining me up to speed. All of the coaches are great. I've spent the most time with Payam and he is one of the best coaches I've ever had for any sport. I love that I'm able to learn new techniques and get an amazing workout all in one class. The other students are incredibly encouraging and it's a really fun group to be a part of. I highly recommend trying a class, but be forewarned that you might become addicted.”
