“So, after discovering the unnerving evidence of a hole under my kitchen sink, followed by the culprit, a RAT in my kitchen, I was less than calm when calling Dan at Rodent Pro. He and his team were amazing. They came out the very next day to inspect and found quite an extensive collection of entry and crawl space holes that said rat and his family and friends had chewed through and were now in the process of taking over my home. After my visible "freak out", I am grateful to Gil for calming me down and talking me through everything. He explained that he would be coming with his team to address everything the following Monday (4 days later), and explained thoroughly the process of removal and proofing; including cost breakdown and the 3 year guarantee that his company provides. So, it is worth the cost. In this current 'Covid stay at home' state of affairs, if any of you have this issue in your homes, CALL THEM. They performed the extensive work in two days, and did a fantastic job. While I could go with a standard insulation company to replace the insulation that Dan and his team had to remove, these guys did such a great job that I am going to call on them again to re-insulate my attic. “PCC did a wonderful job installing our new kitchen cabinets in our whole house interior remodeling. We wanted to maximize every inch for cabinets in the kitchen while making it look more open. West, the owner, a great listener, understood our plan and explained his approach to us. He and his team made our dream possible. West was hands-on and took time to communicate with his team members. He is a genuine craftsman. All his team members were very courteous. For example, Jeremy took time to explain to us how to clean and maintain the beautiful new cabinets. The remodeling in 2022 is very tough. With material shortage and labor shortage everywhere, many things could go wrong. But West and his team made the cabinet installation as a pleasant experience for us during the stressful whole house remodeling period. He even worked on Saturday to help us moving the project in a timely manner. On a side note, the music West played during his work was very nice, among the best of all kinds music that we heard during the whole renovation. We recommend PCC wholeheartedly. I am trying to post a before and several after photos of the kitchen.”
