“Given the complexity of our project having irregular small lot and irregular shaped structures with heavy use of steel, Calecco Construction managed to deliver outstanding results by building a ground up four car garage with an ADU on top, ground up 2 bd/2ba townhouse and expansion/remodel to an existing house. They did a really good job in completing the project as per our needs. They handled the inevitable surprises that came with a job of this size extremely well. We evaluated many proposals and finally chose Calecco Construction for our construction. They did a really good job in completing the project as per our needs. They always kept us informed and always available to answer our questions. Even though we faced some challenges during the construction process, Calecco team always gave us options and finally made it work. We passed all inspections without any issues which made us feel very calm and comfortable. Calecco has really good people working for them. The Carpenters, plumbers, electricians and tile installers were all excellent and completed the job on time without any issues. They are personable, professional and punctual, they never stopped working until they finished. We’ve shown the completed work to friends, and they've commented on how amazing everything looked. We are glad we went with them because they are professional and allowed us to voice our opinion every step of the way. For the project that was done for the time frame, we believe their quote was more than fair. Communications with Calecco and the team was excellent, mostly via phone when needed.
