“Front start to finish, Ken is there every step of the way. We met for a consultation and discussed ideas for our room addition and renovations. Ken came back about a week later with 6 great designs. They were so good that we ended up combining elements of the all the designs into a master plan. Ken was able to get the final drawings and engineering done right away so we could submit them to the city. If there were any issues with the plans, Ken was quick to make revisions and re-submit to the city for approval. Ken has the vision and work ethic to get your project done right, the first time. “OTR Driver. Delivered here. Nice people, they have a long portable ramp they use, efficient, the unloading guys were nice, Dave especially, got me my paperwork walked over to my truck. You enter off Pleasant Grove 2nd entrance, some close areas around yard and exiting around building. They really don't have ovnp, and gates are locked when their closed, was told if your delivering like next morning you could park like one truck along outside near road. There are two truck stops however not close, 99 Travel Center 22 miles off hwy 99, Yuba City, the other is Pilot in Sacramento 30 miles away. Dave did say there was a casino down road that trucks have parked at like 5 or so miles.”
