“This has been one of the better Best Buy locations that I've interacted with. I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person was very knowledgeable. They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window. I asked about their service and how it works to have our home sprayed for spider control. I didn’t have to ask very many questions because she covered everything that I needed to know and beyond. I was sold on the company immediately. My next contact was with Mario who actually applies the pesticide. He was and is a very pleasant courteous person. He came promptly in October. Mario removed all the cobwebs and sprayed. He did a great job. Today for the month of November he came and he went through the same routine as the first time. He didn’t have to work as hard because he did such a good job in October we hardly had any new cobwebs. My nephew recommended San Joaquin Pest Control to us and I am glad he did.
