“Desperately searching for Fitbit Sense charger cable over holidays. After 3 other stores reporting 1 in stock, but none available so phone orders were cancelled by the store. I ordered for pick up as website said 4 in stock at Oakland Best Buy. None visible in display when I arrived. The people at order pick up checked the stock location in the back as the system reported 1 in stock. Nope, could not be found. I was in process of changing to ship new order to my home January 3rd, when I got notification my earlier order was ready for pick up. While I was driving, employee had pulled my order and it was being processed while I was in the store searching for a charger! Bless that employee, I was at 2% when I attached the charger. All the hassle with 4 stores ended as a happy experience here.”

We called a couple of hours in advance and he was so accommodating and welcoming. He and his collection represent everything that makes LA great. He has art and fashion pieces that display the heritage of Japanese art and culture and others like the plastic food displays that hit Japanese American experience on the head. I hope to see his space replicated and pieces moved to the Japanese American History Museum one day!”

Rather than sending us home with lots of catalogues with tiny pictures and descriptions, we were able to wander around the beautiful store (no pressure) describe what we needed, and the owner took the time to show us our many options online, projecting the images onto a big wall screen to help us make our final decision. It took me one year (and two visits) to make the decision and the owner never made me feel rushed or feel as if I was wasting his time. We had some ideas that were pretty far out there but they did an outstanding job accommodating the realistic ones. We redid the bathroom in the master bedroom and the guest one as well, we went for subway tiles in the guest and for large concrete looking tiles in the master, both me and my partner couldn't be happier with the end result. They helped with material selection and explained the process thoroughly throughout the entire time. They finished the job within the expected budget and everything turned out great. “This place is a really good place to vibe and make music. Rachel, the owner of this studio is great and does an amazing job. They do a great job in the studio, we have circle time singing where we all sing in a circle and that's a really fun way to get the singers voices to come to center. We enjoy our time every time we have been there, they make everything comfortable for their guests, they have refreshments and snacks. They have a recording booth where you can sing and make your own songs if that's your goal. You leave feeling happier and like you did something positive. Absolutely one of the most professional and awesome studios I've worked in. They are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure the clients are beyond satisfied with the product.
