“My wife recently had ankle fusion surgery here. We went through same day outpatient. The staff that I came in contact with were great from janitorial staff to doctor's. Only staff that I felt could have been more nice and patient would be the ladies checking in patients. They came off as not being happy with the job and gossiping about patients. Not even being discreet about it. Was sitting in the center of the waiting room and was able to hear them. Still highly recommended by me.”

“I moved to Ventura in 2000, having moved from the San Joaquin Valley in nursing for 20 years. It took me a few "misses" before I found Mike Diaz, PA-C and my husband and I have been established with him for our primary medical needs for almost 10 years now. Mike, and his MA Gabby, have always been timely, responsive, empathetic and ALWAYS make us feel we are the only patients they are helping that day; taking as long as our problem that specific visit requires! We are always treated with smiles, willingness to help and availability; particularly at the E Telegraph site, since 99% of our visits are there. Having worked in the Ventura/Oxnard area for the last 15 years of my profession, I was forced to retire early. I have considerable medical challenges and I could not be in better hands for wonderful medical care, very responsive, support and collaboration with numerous specialists and, excellent communication with US. Over the years my husband and I have seen at least 6 of the other providers, at different locations when our primary provider has been on vacation or out of the office. Without exception, we have NEVER, ever been disappointed. And being a nurse, I'm a challenge; asking questions, details, etc. The providers and the staff in EVERY location have never been less than responsive, responsible, efficient and extremely polite and professional. When you need great medical care and are getting just that, it makes the tough challenges much more tolerable.”

“Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton is a great facility to be seen for care services when needed. The hospital is located near the main gate of Camp Pendleton, and is very convenient, right off the 5 freeway. It has state of the art equipment, the physicians and corpsman is attentive and listen to problems and will give out recommendations based on findings, and the pharmacy is at the street level, this is a one stop shop hospital and provide for services that might be needed for the active, retired, and dependents! Best of all, its a great relief, that at the end of every visit, there is no billing surprises, because, if you rate it, it's free, definitely worth it!”

“This is truly an amazing hospital. The structure, curb appeal, parking, services, etc. Great location compared to the older naval hospital; which was more centrally located, but this one is near the freeway and new PX (think huge Wal-Mart, the largest in the Marine Corps from what I understand). The pharmacy is huge, and has several windows to tend to it's customers, but it's always extremely busy. There's plenty of seating, restrooms nearby, a new mini shoppette, a dining hall, a location to drop old expired medication, both stairs and elevators to each floor, plenty of handicap parking, and so much more. It's got everything! Those who live on base, or have authorization to use its services should feel fortunate.”
