“The day before my wedding a prong on my engagement ring broke. My diamond could have fell out and my ring would have been noticeably broken in my wedding photos. I was so upset that this was happening the day before my wedding. My husband was able to take my ring in and spoke to the manager to see if there was anything they could do.
