Sue is an absolute sweetheart and was extremely helpful throughout my entire experience with them. They're also affordable every other jewelry store up here wanted 6 times the amount I paid. Another plus was that they were also incredibly fast I dropped my ring off Friday and they had it ready the following Tuesday. Rob saw my vision though and spent a lot of time designing and making a high quality lasting ring for us. He took great care to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I got to choose my stone and Mia was amazing at helping me get the exact champagne colored stone I wanted. I had chosen a stone, but when one came in she thought I would like even better, she called me right up and I stopped in and I did like it even better! But when I came home, I realized the extra large was too big. So I contacted Iffy, he took down my info and replaced my extra large bracelet with a large bracelet, once they got in a new shipment of large bracelets, at no charge.
