“The place is oka, the service was non existent in the beginning and first impressions really count. The staff is not bad. I think it’s on my attitude when I first walked in, but I warmed up to the place, so did the only staff person. I got help washing and drying and had a woman help me all the way through. She was attentive and even open the door so I could walk to the market across the street.This laundromat doesn’t take debit so bring cash along. The women working was mopping the floor and I asked her “when do the doors lock”, she said, “at 8pm no one comes in and at 10pm she’s leaving. Be here by 8pm or else it is to late .”

“I had used JJ & CC in the past to help me with a couple cleaning projects in the past for my business location including carpet cleaning and stripping and waxing. Each time they did a fabulous job so when I needed the carpets in my house, I decided to call them up and give them a try. I called their office and Alex, their receptionist, helped me set up the appointment for Saturday. The day of the appointment, Danny and Mike arrived within the arrival window and called 20 minutes before arrival. They explained to me the procedure and then proceed to steam clean the bedrooms, living room, and hallways. The cleaning job was amazing! Danny and Mike left my carpets super clean. I will certainly use them in the future for other cleaning services that I may need in the future.”
