I STRESSED to him how I did not want to have carpets that stayed wet for days after, as I have experienced this before. Mike came with a professional steam clean truck with generator and real steam. Not only was Mike on time, he was actually early! Impressive. He and his partner set up and went to work right away. They helped me move things around so they could clean underneath it. After the thorough cleaning I was happy to see all the dirt came up. The carpet is worn high traffic areas and will need to be replaced soon, however he made even those areas look great. They really do give more attention to each item. Its wonderful to be able to trust them with my most expensive things! Also Mona has a great eye and has been the first to catch problems with fabric, stitching, buttons etc when I hand things over for her to clean.
